When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we will allow you to return or exchange non-personalised goods within 14days if you change your mind.
​
Please note: Personalised, made to order to specific requirements & bespoke orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
All consumer rights will be adhered to within our refund policy
